ZiGo Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZiGo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Zeabox ("ZiGo," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using ZiGo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

You must read and accept these Terms to use ZiGo. You agree that these Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and ZiGo. If you use ZiGo on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2) The Services

ZiGo is a platform that helps riders request taxi and transport rides from independent drivers. ZiGo may also provide supporting features such as trip tracking, navigation tools, customer support, and payment processing (where available).

Important: ZiGo does not itself provide transportation services unless explicitly stated in your jurisdiction. Drivers are independent providers who offer transportation services to riders.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least [13] years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ZiGo.
  • You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
  • ZiGo may require phone verification or additional checks to protect the platform.

4) User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use ZiGo for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users or ZiGo staff.
  • Damage, disable, or interfere with the Services, or attempt to access non-public areas or systems.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from ZiGo without written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity, location, trip details, or payment method.

5) Trips, Pricing & Payments

Trip requests

When you request a ride, ZiGo connects you with available drivers. Trip availability depends on location, time, and driver supply.

Pricing

Prices may be based on distance, time, demand, or other factors, and may be displayed before or during the trip depending on your city. You are responsible for fees, tolls (if applicable), and other charges shown in the app.

Payments

Payment methods (cash or in-app payment) may vary by location. Where in-app payments are offered, you authorize ZiGo (and its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for completed trips and applicable fees.

6) Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds

Cancellation rules and any applicable fees are shown in the app and may vary by city. A "no-show" may be recorded if a rider is not present at pickup within a reasonable time after driver arrival.

Refunds (if applicable) are evaluated case-by-case in accordance with local rules and platform policies.

7) Safety & Compliance

  • Riders and drivers must follow applicable traffic and safety laws.
  • Riders must behave respectfully and comply with reasonable instructions from drivers related to safety.
  • Drivers must comply with licensing, vehicle safety, and insurance requirements applicable in their jurisdiction.
Emergency: If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. ZiGo support is not a substitute for emergency response.

8) Driver Terms

If you apply to drive with ZiGo, you agree that:

  • You are an independent contractor (not an employee) unless local law explicitly requires otherwise.
  • You are responsible for your own taxes, permits, insurance, and operating costs.
  • You must provide accurate onboarding documents and maintain valid licensing and vehicle eligibility.
  • ZiGo may suspend or remove access if safety, compliance, or quality standards are not met.
  • Driver earnings, incentives, and payouts (if offered) may vary by location and are subject to platform policies.

9) User Content & Feedback

You may submit ratings, comments, support messages, or other content ("User Content"). You grant ZiGo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use User Content to operate and improve the Services (e.g., quality assurance, dispute resolution, product improvement).

10) Intellectual Property

ZiGo and its logos, trademarks, app design, and underlying software are owned by ZiGo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without written permission.

11) Third-Party Services

ZiGo may rely on third-party services such as maps, payment processing, analytics, or messaging providers. ZiGo is not responsible for third-party services outside its control. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms and policies.

12) Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." ZiGo does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. ZiGo disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZiGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising from or related to your use of the Services.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZiGo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

15) Suspension & Termination

ZiGo may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud, or harmed other users or the platform. You may stop using ZiGo at any time and may request account deletion through support where available.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq, Kurdistan Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Iraq, Kurdistan Region, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

17) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last Updated" date. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice via the app or website.
